What is your return and refund policy?
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in like-new condition. Customers must first contact our Customer Care Team at support@bapeu.com with their order number and return request before sending any item back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
If your item is faulty or incorrectly described, you may request a refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days. Customers must provide photographic or video evidence of the issue.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Final sale items, clearance items, promotional sales, discounted orders, and international orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been processed. If your order has already been dispatched, you must wait for it to arrive and then request a return following our return process.
Additionally, under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Care Team at support@bapeu.com within the required timeframe with your order details.
- Provide a clear photo or video if the item is defective or damaged.
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorisation (RMA number) if applicable.
- Ship the item to our return centre at the provided address.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 14 days.
